"Absolutely lovely. My first night staying in Italy. We drove from Germany to visit our exchange student and I was pleasantly surprised to find this charming hotel. We booked a quad room and it comfortably slept 4 people. The beds were comfortable and the room was air-conditioned and cool. The bathroom and shower were large and accommodating. "Room was not as advertised. We booked a room with 2 beds and were given a different room that only had one and a very uncomfortable couch. When I asked management they said there was an issue with the other room and the one we got was “better.” And did not solve the issue. The front door to the room did not lock.
