The indoor pool is wonderful, clean and modern. The one negative thing is in Aug they are turning on the heat morning and evening. We were on the fourth floor and our upstairs room was terribly hot. We had to ask for sheets because the comforters were down filled. We inquired about the heat and they couldn't do anything about it. We asked for a...

However the room was incredibly warm and with no ventilation or aircondition and the windows facing a staircase it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. I told the receptionist about the horrible climate in our room but he didn’t seem bothered. Such a shame when everything else is so well taken care of. "
