"A small, privately owned hotel a 10/15 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. We arrived too early to check in but were able to leave our luggage & return later. Staff welcoming & friendly. "The property is beautiful and the staff were more than happy to help and facilitate our every needs. A male bar tender / waiter did let down the team by being short and rude but this did not affect our stay and it is not fair on the rest of the team who went over and above to please us. "From the moment of arrival to leaving, we were thoroughly looked after. Amazing team of staff, all extremely accommodating. Wonderful food in the restaurant and a delicious breakfast. Very comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning in room. Beautiful pool with plenty of space and loungers. If you don’t mind a short walk down the road to the bus stop, there are regular buses to Lucca (number 54), and not so regular to Pisa (E3). "
