"We loved our stay here! The breakfast was amazing, so many wonderful choices there. The staff was absolutely lovely. We even received an upgrade to a balcony with sea-view which was fantastic. It was so great to be able to hear the waves at night. A quick walk and we were at a bustling promenade with lots if options for dinner. We also loved the pool and there were always enough sun beds around (we definitely weren't early birds). The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing....

. The pool areas are lovely but the staff on reception need to be a bit more pleasant and the food is poor for a 4 star. If they got the food and running of the restaurant sorted it would be amazing. "

"Check in was a poor experience. It is obvious we were at the start of the season and the team did not really know what they were doing. They “lost” our bags and we had to go with them to locate them as no one was doing anything to find them. No one was answering the phone from the room so again had to go down to reception. Location is very good for the town and the pool areas is nice. Evening bar staff were very friendly and good service. Thai
