"The hotel is surrounded by a huge territory of gardens that belongs to the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the smell is always nice, the service is more than great. The hospitality of the staff is of a 5 star hotel. The only reason they are 1 star is because the rooms are small. Otherwise they would be easily a 4 star hotel in my opinion. We were very comfortable, satisfied and safe. There is plenty of parking space inside the hotel territory. The only thing I would recommend them to improve is...

"Good was good and the waiter was nice and accommodating. The food has good variety. However the front desk staffs weren’t as nice as many other DoubleTree we’ve been too. A lot of things we have to self help plus pool was closed and they were not ready to open although there was no lightning or thunderstorms. Parking space was tight and difficult to manoeuvre. Overall stay in the room was nice with good nice room and TV Prog for the kids

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The pool area is great and the beach is within a 10 minute walk. There were a couple of small niggles but nothing substantial. The bar/restaurant area seems to shut by about 10pm so we ended up buying a bottle of wine which they were very happy for us to do. The gate down to the beach is shut at 10pm which we weren't told about. Sa Reira is great - nice restaurants and the sea is really clean."
