"The stay could have been better if the central air cooling had not broken the day we arrived. The location is perfect if you intend to use the tram for going around Geneva. The staff was exceptionally helpful especially Laticia at the Front Desk, who helped sort out parking for me, provided a tower fan as the weather was too hot. Overall, the stay was comfortable enough for me to be happy to stay here again if I had to. "

"It’s a very small and quaint hotel. The room furnishes are very dated, There is a high step up to the toilet (not suitable for wheelchair accessible and people with arthritis knees) and is very small especially the shower area (smaller than the shower on board a cruise) but the shower is excellent with good pressure and hot water. Only one type of liquid soap provided in the shower which we guess it is a combo of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There is no mini fridge and air conditioning in the...
