"An outstanding kept and updated property. If you want to spend a few quiet days in an impeccable setting, this is the place! Isabelle owner and General manager was outstanding. Our beds were comfortable. AC was not result available but was still comfortable. They have done marvels with the restoration. Breakfast was locally produced, grown and prepared. Lovely! "

"Had a wonderful two nights here. Absolutely lovely place - very French and rustic. Was allocated a really nice bedroom (with an ensuite) which was clean, spacious and private. Very comfortable bed. Really enjoyed the breakfast and had scrambled eggs every morning and a selection of bread and pastries. The eggs were from the hens in the garden, the jam was made from the prunes growing in the garden, and the juice was pressed from the pear trees growing in the garden! So wholesome! "This is a beautiful very old building which has been sympathetically modernised, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast room was utterly magical. We will be coming back."

Breakfast was very basic but adequate. Didn’t have dinner but looked like a busy popular restaurant. Made an excellent stopover."

"The hotel is quite basic. Good if you are not going to use the facilities much or if it is a passing hotel. Despite this, it has a swimming pool and several supermarkets, a shopping center and several fast food nearby. But to see the city you will need a vehicle. I didn't see any transportation options. Just the right size for two adults and one child. Comfortable bed. Kettle. The shower is very slippery."

"It's just a motel room really. Comfortable bed, pillow a little firm for me. Free air-conditioning and WiFi. Very clean and the lady on reception is lovely. There is some traffic noise but not too bad. It's situated on a industrial estate about 5km from Carcassonne. I walked it and the French don't seem to believe in pavements, don't do as I did and take the longer scenic route back because you'll have to walk in the road. I'd definitely stay here again."
