When I asked about it, she confirmed it. That response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the property within minutes, wheezing and with a pounding headache."

The views outside the property of the Congo and Lake Kivu is a showstopper! The food was so delicious and fulfilling. The service from staff was top notch!
