"Perfect stay for arriving and departing from. Airport and Train station. Shuttles were very accommodating. Hotel was perfect after long day of travel and good service. Enjoyed the country club next door for good wine and meal. Stayed at the begging and end of our trip and would do it again! "

"Absolutely amazing grounds and hotel overall. Very modern and clean. Pool and Spa area was a highlight. Really recommend if you in the area. Only thing we didn’t enjoy much was a restaurant, 7 course menu was just ok…for €80 per person. We were very tired to look around the for place to eat. Still hotel is beautiful "

"I am a big fan of Novotel. In fact I go out of my way to choose a Novotel everytime I travel. However this time I have to say I am slightly disappointed.
The staff is super friendly, but I felt the hotel is in need of a general refresh. I felt the interior seemed worn.
Also I found the breakfast disappointing. Instead of bacon, there was fried ham. There were no potatoes. The eggs were cold. The scrambled egg just passable.
Sausages had run out and wasn't replaced whilst I was there. To try...

"Well situated near both the station and the lake. A simple hotel for a simple weekend to relax in peace and quiet, so Porto Ceresio and il Canneto were perfect for us.
