"Great value stay during off season. Amazing views, clean rooms. The toiletries smelled good, sheets were clean. Great balcony area. Free bfast, great amenities inside room. Didnt get to use the wellness and sauna d/t lack of time. Great service from the staff. There was a very helpful female staff at the resto during bfast on 10/20. I didnt get to get her name but she is young, petite and had a bit of an accent. Ty so much.

Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"

"The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms.
The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel"
