"The hotel is lovely and its location is great. My challenges with the hotel were all about the hidden charges. We stayed here last year and enjoyed free parking, free use of the spa facilities and bikes, etc. This year, because we had booked through Hotels.com and not via the hotels website, we we now being charged for the things we had enjoyed for free the previous year. It seemed very underhand. "

"The hotel was fantastic. Great location with a 15 minute beautiful walk along the lake to RIva. Great views of the lake and mountains. Hotel rooms were to a high standard with very comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. The hotel was clean and modern. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "Is a very nice hotel in a beautiful location. The grounds are well maintained with a pool and swimming also available in the lake. Breakfast was excellent and the room was well designed with a very comfortable bed and nice shower. We had a room with a view on the park and the lake - very nice! Parking was very convenient with easy in-out access for traveling to other sights around Lake Garda (hotel also a short walk to town for boat tours)"

"We had a wonderful stay at Garni on the rock. The room was spotless, breakfast was excellent and the kids loved the bouldering room, games, slackline in the garden and the hot tub. The location was excellent, easily walkable to the castle, pool, climbing and some excellent restaurants. Above all the service was simply fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. Highly recommended and we will be back!"

"In general it was e very nice stay. However it would be useful to have some glasses in the room and may be the possibility to make a tea or a coffee. Towels to take profit of the piscine would be very useful as well. Finally a booklet with details on the hotel and on its service, as well as some tourist information about the region would be welcome. After all no big issues, but it would be helpful to upgrade the service without extraordinary efforts."
