"Avant d'arriver à l'hotel j'ai bien demandé d'avoir la climatisation étant avec un enfant et en plein mois de juillet, je n'ai eu aucun retour, et qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise la clim ne marchait pas, et qui de plus n'est pas incluse, mais payante 8€/jour. "Die Kommunikation unter dem Rezeptionspersonal scheint nicht reibungslos zu funktuonieren. Unsere Buchungänderungen wurden nicht weitergegeben. Man kam uns dann mit dem Preis entgegen und sie waren bemüht eine Lösung zu finden.
Das Essen und das Personal des Restaurants, vorallem Nicolo, waren super! Nicolo zeigte uns dann noch ein Club in der Nähe, da wir auch nach der Suche nach ein bisschen Party waren.
Allem in allem würden wir definitiv wieder kommen - mille grazie!"

Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros.
