"Our stay at the Farmhouse was amazing. Location wise it can't be beat being close to so many lovely towns. It was rural enough to give you the feeling you were on a Sicilian farm in the countryside. Lucca our host was a gem. He is very friendly and willing to help out always. Make sure to sign up for the cooking classes, unfortunaly we couldn't but sound amazing. "Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. There is an amazing

buffet. There is a spa or cooking classes by the chef which need to be reserved in advance. It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or surrounding towns. We also drove to the oldest winery in Sicily for a tour, tasting, and lunch."
