"Amazing b&b. We had a large 2-bedroom apartment. Full size kitchen, three ACs, ok bathroom. Small balcony with nice view. High quality towels etc, but no beach towels.

1. Small basic stuff like salt, pepper, oil etc should be in the apartment.
2. The scary dog should really be dealt with!
3. The TV is so small that its useless.

The main Tuscan tourist spots are about 1.5-2 hours by car, but you can explore a lot of beautiful spots nearby. The restaurant is also good. "

L'hotel è vicino all'autostrada per chi arriva in auto, nelle vicinanze c'è qualche bar e locali dove poter mangiare o anche la "InCoop". ll mare non è distantissimo ma se si è automuniti è meglio per raggiungere anche altre località della zona, il parcheggio per le auto fuori dalla struttura un po' scarseggia. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite e spaziose così come il bagno, sono dotate di balconcino e stendino...
