They closed the road at 10am 9 miles from the hotel. The tour was going to finish around 5pm. We had to turn around. It was crazy traffic. We contacted the Sowell via email through expedia and the email they sent us. It was a special situation and we would like a refund. They never answered both emails. Very disappointed.. "

We were greeted by friendly reception staff. The pool was also lovely for the kids to cool down on hot summer’s day. The bathroom could do with an update as the shower door was slightly broken but we only stayed for one night so it did not bother me too much. "
