We were welcomed into the bar, a beautiful, cozy room, given food and drink, and checked in there, since reception had closed. Valet parking was available and easy to access as the palazzo is located in the pedestrian area.
We booked an executive junior suite for family of 3, the sofa bed is small/twin size, which was a little surprising to me but the view made up for it.
We only had breakfast in the restaurant which looked beautiful but we usually prefer to walk around and try something outside of the hotels."
