"We stayed in a basic room for 4 nights. The rooms itself was probably the smallest we've ever stayed in and was very simple (no kettle, bedside table etc). However, it was in a really nice location, within walking distance (15 mins) from the hubbub, but in a quiet location and was really clean. We usually use earplugs when away but we didn't need to here! Amazing! Check-in/out was super speedy and the pool was a delight after a long day of sightseeing. "We spent one week at Palazzo Belvedere, family of four (kids ages:13 and 16). Super friendly and very attentive staff. Newly renovated, the hotel is modern, comfortable and in good shape. Cleanliness was excellent. Spa facilities in perfect order. Excellent location, quiet and with short walk to the city center through the park (Parco delle Terme). Clear recommendation. We'll be back."

"The rooms were very comfortable. We had connected rooms with my teenagers. Clean, breakfast was ok. Montecatini is a good location to visit different Italian cities. Cafe, restaurants and bars are walkable. "

"We stayed here in October for 3 nights. Check in was not very friendly at all. I had to ask about the parking as we had parked on the road and she said it was at another hotel when it says they have parking on site. I had to ask about breakfast, when and where it was and then we get to our room and there is no information about a wifi code. I called the receptionist and she said there isn't one, just look for the hotel's name as an option in the choices of networks. There was no restaurant open...

"Lovely area. Loved our room although could have been a tiny bit cleaner /dusty and couple hairs :( other than that was perfect. Gave me and my partner a bottle for our anniversary and the view from the room was stunning. We will be back next year! "
