It was clean and can't fault the room as it was a nice size. Butthe furniture needs to be replaced as very old and tired. Toilet and shower worked fine but shower holder needed fixing. As the shower head kept moving. Air-conditioned was perfect and the room was very cool when hot outside. Over all i would stay here again but needs to be updated for a better stay.

this property provided a good spot to sleep, and clean up. quick access to the metro. downside was neighborhood was a little noisy at night, and there was not the avaiability of food i thought there would have been. but, for what we needed it was perfect.

Cheaper than Madrid. Close to the train. Bit confusing what to do when arriving, but staff very accommodating. Super hot water in shared bathroom, but be careful with it! Not a great area. There are nicer parts of San Fernando. Room very basic. Up stairs to rooms.

Solid value for what you pay, room and washroom was reasonably clean. Towels and toilet paper were provided by otherwise very no frills place. The owner did not speak English which led to some communication issues with check in. Check out was very easy. One con is the location in terms of distance to the city centre - our trips to city centre consistently took about an hour. However the neighbourhood seemed safe and was clean. Overall good value at its price point.

Nicht die beste Erfahrung
Leider war unsere Erfahrung nicht toll. Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht, konnten aber keinen am Telefon erreichen, da wir nicht den Check-in Zeit halten könnten. Zu spät kam eine Nachricht (waren schon eingecheckt) und nur in Spanisch. Ohne unsere spanischen Freunden hätten wir das Zimmer gar nicht gekriegt. Es gibt keine Rezeption oder überhaupt jemand der vor Ort ist. Die Räume sind sehr klein, an sich sauber, aber im Raum stank extrem nach Zigaretten. Die einzige Heizquelle war ein AC Gerät der nur noch mehr stinkige Luft reingebracht hat. Das Bad war sauber und warm genug, am letzten Tag kam aber kein Wasser und wir konnten uns nicht waschen. Per Telefon jemand zu erreichen war unmöglich. Von der Nähe zum Madrid Zentrum, weit, ca. 1 Stunde mit öffentlichen Verkehr. Das ist gar nicht Madrid, sondern eine andere Stadt.
