I am not pleased with my bill for breakfast service charges when we never ate breakfast at the hotel. The bar and restaurant menus were very limited so we only ate dinner one evening. This hotel does not excel like other Radisson Blue hotels where we have stayed! Location is the best quality it has!! As it turned out our hotel was just a few blocks to our cruise ship. The hotel is right in the heart of the iconic houses you see on all the pictures of Bergen. Shopping, dining, and bakeries were just around the corner. The staff was friendly and the rooms very clean and comfortable.
