Not Dog "Friendly"
It was great for a couple of days until a guest's German Shepherd was allow to go right up to my small dog and attack and bite him. I was up against a wall in the lobby, keeping my dog right next to me, to give this guest plenty of room to safely pass. The guest just walked away. The hotel owner was indifferent in his email communication and ceased communicating after one email.There is no pet policy so apparently aggressive dogs of any size with irresponsible dog owners are allowed to stay there. Avoid especially if you have pet, small children or expect at least decent customer service. There are plenty of other hotels to stay at in the area.

We really enjoyed our one night stay. We were traveling with our dog. They gave us a room on the first floor and there was plenty of room for his kennel. I love that the floor was not carpeted. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was drinkable!

Great stay, always
We are from Santa Fe, about an hour from the ABQ Sunport. We stay here every time we have to fly out of Albuquerque on an early flight. The rooms are really pet-friendly, they charge $25 per fee, a reasonable fee and NOT per pet! The hot tub wasn’t working initially but a quick word to the desk clerk and a reset button fixed the problem. I have never been there for an overnight when the pool and hot tub were closed! Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Unfortunately we almost never get to eat the lovely breakfast b/c we have to be at the airport before it begins. They offer yogurt and fruit to take along.

Less than thrilled
Disappointed in the Hotels.com rating as we would have given it a 5 or 6. Building is tired and worn. No portico when you drive up and lobby was so small we could barely fit with another family. No where to sit during breakfast and beds have a metal base that creaks when you got up or moved. No bath mat and conditioner was empty.
