Only thing nice I will say is that the front desk lady was very helpful and thankfully nice enough to switch my room. My room was infested with roaches. Found one in the microwave after heating up my food. The fridge had roaches crawling all around the fridge.

I would never stay here again. I reserved a king bed room but all they had was a double bed room. The first room was so dirty. Roach was killed/smashed on the wall. Smoke detector was ripped off the wall. Furniture was broken. Got moved to a different room. Walls were dirty. Even a "clean" towel had dirty hands smears on it.

My room had a strongly overpowering smell of fbreeze; my bed has seen too many miles with deep depressions; appearance of presumed prostitutes in brief negligee in the lobby; room was generally clean. Armed police activity (10-12 units) night of 10/23/2024 throughout the property.

Needs updating
Granted it is an older building but could really use some sprucing up. There was two ice machines and both were out of order so no ice for beverages. The complementary breakfast was meager with limited options, also the location is somewhat difficult to navigate and there was quite a bit of highway noise.

Cancelled by hotel
I received an email 1 hour before check in that my reservation was cancelled. I called the hotel and they said they were over-booked and had to cancel the reservation. We drove 5 hours and had to hunt a hotel last minute. Very unprofessional to cancel by email at almost time of check-in. But yet i have a pending charge to my bank.

You get what you pay for.
Reserved a room with 2 queen beds (for 3 people) but was put in a room with a king bed. When speaking with the hotel clerk about the mistake he just apologized and said "we have no rooms left with 2 queens but could switch the next night." On Saturday we were told that no one was checking out of a 2 queen room so we were stuck with 3 people in a king. Plus, the hallways reeked of smoke, the toilet was clogged and there was hair in the tub an on the bathroom floor. The best thing about the stay was how cheap it was. But you get what you pay for, I guess.
