Review your charges
The room stay was fine, no issues and quite spacious. I did have a couple snags with my payment process that were very annoying. After my stay, I noticed a random pending charge on my debit card. When I called, the agent was super nonchalant about it and said she didn’t see anything on her side. It did eventually disappear, but a couple days later, my debit card was charged again for the cost of the room. Once again, I had to call to get this resolved. The agent said she didn’t see any incorrect charges, but when I explained that they charged both cards the same fee- she was able to correct it.
Glad I was able to get it situated; however, it made me quite apprehensive about staying there in the future. I am just fortunate that I had the money in my account and didn’t incur any overages charges for these phantom charges.
