Definitely do not recommend to anyone especially if you are booking online because once you get there they are going to tell you about all the extra fees you are going to have to pay and you’ll probably stand in the waiting area for a good 30 minutes before anyone helps you. All in all it was just a horrible experience.

First thing, when I got there after a non stop 6 hour drive and I arrived at 12:15 at night. Was told that it’s going to be 45 minutes before I get a key card. I booked the room for the whole week in advance. When i finally got to my room there was roaches immediately. There was a sign that said if you leave trash on the ground you will lose your deposit and kicked out without refund, and that there’s a dumpster around back you better take it to. I had to go to the front desk to get my towels and washcloths and the desk told me that I may not get any because they haven’t had a house keeper. In the middle of the night I got cold and went to turn the A/C down and before I ever got close to the unit my feet were soaked from the unit leaking into the carpet. Please spend the extra $10 somewhere else. I seen a guy selling drugs next to me and they didn’t care at all. And the picture is of the dumpster I had to use taking my trash out from the room because they didn’t have a house keeper.

The clerk passed out in her car and I was locked out of the room for 3 hours. I couldn’t get any housekeeping services or any toiletries.

The refrigerator and ventilation fan were not working. Staff denied changing the room whereas, lots of room was empty in the property. Moreover, Floor was sticky and smelly. No toilet paper and I requested for that too.
There was no power Schocket to charge phone and laptop. I booked Non-smoking room, but it smelled bad. The curtains ware transparent.

This place is totally rundown. You have to carry your towels to your room with you and the shower is terrible. The toilet is broke. The towel hanger is tore off the wall. The carpets are 1970s the bedsheets have holes in them. You have to leave a $50 cash deposit not on your card an actual cash deposit.
