Originally I bought a room with a queen bed and 2 pullout sofas which turns out that option doesn't exist as it was incorrectly written on the website. Realizing the mistake the hotel staff didn't hesitate to move me to one that was better than the one i originally purchased. This is the second time I stay at this hotel and wont hesitate to stay again. Thank you Hotel Dann. Plenty of hot water and awesome breakfast, also a good location.

Perfectly satisfactory hotel in downtown Bogotá
Hotel Dann was perfectly satisfactory place to stay in Bogota. The staff made an effort to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Even though it can be difficult to communicate for those non Spanish speakers. The Room and Hotel grounds for the most part were clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Some of the furniture has seen better days, but we’re functional. It’s centrally located and within walking distance from most of the attractions in the downtown area. It seemed fairly safe during the day, but around 6-7pm most businesses, shops and restaurants close. So área might feel a bit sketchy after dark and you might find it hard to find places places for dinner or entertainment after dark without leaving the neighborhood.

Very disappointing
To begin with the Frank counter agent did not find the reservation. It took about 25 minutes to check in the next day. We waiting for somebody to clean up the room and it was two in the afternoon and nobody clean your room. We came to the front counter and we asked the person and she said in 10 minutes the room will be clean so we leave we came back and McKnight and the room was never clean. We have to pick up our stuff and go to the lobby and get another room which took about an hour. That was very disappointing. The next day we have a fly going to Cali Columbia at 7:30 in the morning and we went by the restaurant at 6:05 which is the restaurant supposed to be open at six in the morning and the food was not ready until 620 so we have to leave because we cannot wait.

La vue sur la ville et la proximité de tout c'est génial. Monserrate a environ 15 - 20 min de marche. À la limite de La Candelaria et Santa fe. Bruyant la nuit quand on a vue sur la rue Calle 19. Sinon rien a dire j'y retournerai certainement.
