Holiday problems
This is a great hotel with wonderful people but, I went on Christmas day and the person working did not know how to handle a third party reservation. So, she erased my reservation and then "made me a new one " that charged me again. Taking multiple charges out of my account and leaving me stuck with no spending money while I was there. It takes 5-10 business days to get the money back into my account. It was frustrating but luckily I am fairly chill and they were so polite and apologetic. It was a problem that the poor lady they left alone on Christmas was not trained properly to run things on her own.
Will I go back? Yes, probably, I stayed in the past and it was great. Now the remodel makes it even nicer.
