Immediately walked into housekeeping supplies left on table. Office chair was pulled out and cover with dirt, all bathroom towels had stains, shower had mildew in the corners. And my tipping point was find hair in freshly made bed. I immediately checked out taking the financial loss and went up the road to a much cleaner hotel.

Our experience was very satisfactory. It was a one night, quick in and out stay, Chosen for its proximity to the hospital, this motel will continue to be our go-to for future visits. The staff was efficient and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. We needed the accessible shower, and it worked well.

It was average, no big complaints other than when I opened my bed there was a wade of human hair on the sheets. The sheets were washed but this wade of hair must have got trapped in the sheets while washing or drying them. The chamber maid should have seen this while making the bed but didn’t.

What was unique about the property was that it looks like a derelict warehouse in the middle of an aging asphalt parking lot without a blade of grass, shrub or flower pot and an almost indistinguishable entrance you can't see till you stand in front of it.

Large room, well outfitted, very nice bedsheets, good placement of tv for viewing. Friendly, professional staff. Microwave and tv remote needed cleaning. Shower door kept sliding open. Need to have automatic front doors for handicapped people. Would stay there again.
