Cockroach, bring cockroach killer next time
First off, I really enjoyed how clean the bathrooms and room were. However, in the middle of the night when I wokeup I saw one cockroach and it was very fat and big. This was the only issue that I experienced, and I can’t stand bugs. Also the maids were not the kindest, they knocked on our door when we had the do not disturb sign and we said our answer aloud and no more than two minutes later we received a call from them. They didn’t let us sleep good.

Cold water in showers
The stay at the hotel wasnt as great. During our entire stay we experienced an issue with the bathroom. On the first day, no one could take a shower since the water was too cold to shower. We called the front desk and we requested to switch our room. The staff was kind enough to give us another room. However after switching rooms the water was still very cold. We would have to wait 30mins to 1 hr after someone took a shower for the water to heat up again for the next person to shower. This was very upsetting as we had things planned for the day and were delayed due to the cold water.
