This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again.

I have been choosing this hotel for several years because of its practicality, good price and staff. The rooms are spacious, but ask if you can stay in the ones that are being renovated, if not, turn on the air conditioning when you arrive to get rid of the musty smell. Finally, they are removing the carpet from the rooms, and giving the rooms a more modern look. The location is very good, practical, the transportation is super practical, the breakfast is perfect, the hotel staff is very friendly, willing to help and a great. I real recommend it.

If you need wi-fi stay elsewhere, it barely connects. Low water pressure on shower. Lots of mosquitoes everywhere, in the room, lobby and restaurant. Just really poor experience overall.

at the front desk every staff told me a different story when I needed info and service , it's seem they don't have a policy to follow. they overcharge me 26 dollars . I don't recommend that place. The shuttle service is a scam , I paid for shuttle and I did not get it I ended up paying uber to leave the airport and go back to the airport the internet -wi-fi 0/10 did not work

Points positifs : taille de la chambre, proximité aéroport, piscine, transfert aéroport Points négatifs : impossible de trouver la navette à l'aéroport, pourquoi ne pas donner un point gps de l'arrêt ? Personnel qui ne parle pas anglais et pas très aimable à l'arrivée (le lendemain c'est l'inverse, très aimable et communication en anglais), très bruyant (télévision des voisins, autoroute juste devant l'hôtel, dépôt de boissons avec la musique très fort en face de la fenêtre de la chambre)
