Good family hotel
Lovely location and the room was fantastic. Breakfast was good. The pool was dirty with lots of hairs floating around in it. The staff kept complaining it was too busy because it’s half term and it didn’t feel very welcoming. But apart for these things a great hotel for families.

Great Family Hotel, with lots of little extras
We came and stayed a couple of weeks ago just the two of us. We then decided it was such a great family hotel, so we rebooked to bring our two children. They had so many lovely Halloween activities for the children! We visited the pool before we checked out, the only thing I would say is the pool and jacuzzi is in need of a good clean and possible filter change. Everything else I couldn’t fault, the service was amazing and food was great too! We would definitely return and are already thinking of booking for new year.

Prompt and efficient check in. Receptionist needs to show a bit of warmth about her. They take £50 off you by card payment in addition to anything else that youve aid, which I think is cheeky, especially as we incurred no extra charges whilst staying overnight. Room spacious and comfortable but the bed not so. Was like sleeping on the floor. Nice place decent bar area. Limited cramped parking (used the street) on the front. Would stay here again.

Phenomenal hotel for families
What a hotel. So much for families and children all included, parks, arts and crafts, games tables, silent disco, pool and sauna, board games, buckets and spades, milk cookies and bed time stories for the kids at reception, stunning views, staff excellent, hotel was clean and friendly.
