We found the room exceptionally clean, and when seeing the cleaners in the hallway, were also amazed at the level of detail and care they seemed to take with even the smallest things... and were able to do so very mindful of guests, including ensuring that the noise level was not excessive. i was also impressed with the sign in the room "we'll clean every other day" as opposed to the more usual "daily". I also appreciated the use fo low-impact TEXT messages and QR codes as opposed to lots of excess paper. All in all... Very Well Done

Favorite place to stay in Eugene
My new bride has family in Eugene and we have stayed in a number of different motels during our visits over the past few years. This was our second time at this Hampton Inn and it is by far our favorite. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The complimentary breakfast and cookies available after hours were delicious. As a result of ingesting those extra calories, we also took advantage of the pool and fitness room during our most recent visit and both were a pleasure to use. I should also note we travel with a rather elderly Goldendoodle and the special bag with doggie treats and cleanup equipment was much appreciated. Five stars out of five.

The thing that makes this a special property is the people especially Jessica. I rolled in there exhausted at 11 o’clock in the morning and she let me in my room early. She checked up on me and made sure that I had a ride to the airport, warm cookies, and a bag to go, incredibly impressed!
