We loved our stay and would gladly come back. The property is beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful- we slept through dinner and were served a delicious fresh cooked meal in the middle of the night by room service with a smile! The pool area is perfect place to spend the day. Walking distance to coco beach . Transportation was easy to catch from the hotel. Breakfast served daily was fresh and delicious with many options. Amazing views of nature and human made mess
The property has amazing views and beyond imaginable pathetic service. Except house keeping staff, every other staff I encountered was below par professional and hungry for some. Customer Experience doesn’t exist in this hotel. For a premium they charge, you only want to get out of this property and let people know the actual state.

Avoid this hotel not worth the money.
The worst hotel i havw been to. Hotel is very old and is in dying need of renovation and maintenance, breakfast is bad, pastries are dry, food is tasteless. Elevator is broken down, swimming is broken down for weeks, key card system not working and have been replaced with physical keys. Avoid at all cost. Cheap but not worth it.
