Overall good experience. They false advertise that they will service the room for f you inform before 11am as 8 did and they told me they can’t as they have enough rooms already. Plus I only requested washroom clean up and towel change as we have been there for two night already. The front lady didn’t bother to take any action to Accommodate this small request.

The check-in was easy and the front desk guy was super friendly. He was even in a good mood the next morning while having to work a double because a coworker was sick. The breakfast was ick but that's my only complaint. The pool was nice, the room looked and smelled clean, the beds were comfortable but not a true Queen size.

Very pleasant stay
Stayed for 2 nights. Housekeeping upon request, but at least every 3rd night. Indoor pool and hot tub very pleasant - even had a convenient bathroom right there. Hot breakfast with plenty of seating, including overflow room. Overall very pleased with our stay. One con: bathroom layout made opening the door and walking in quite awkward for non-skinny adults, but it was doable.

Interesting Experience
The hotel itself was ok. The key card access to our room only worked about 10% of the time, and there was certainly a learning curve on how it worked. In some of the reviews I looked at before booking, the hotel said that they were in the process of replacing their access machines. Those reviews were around 2 months ago. Safe to say they have not replaced them yet. There were multiple stains on the carpet and sides of the bed. The sheets of the bed were extremely comfortable and I slept well, but would not recommend looking too closely in areas that aren’t cleaned as often
