My wife and I went to St Michael's for a post holiday getaway. Can't say enough on what a great experience we had at the Wildset! The hotel, the rooms, and the grounds are beautiful and spotless. The restaurant within the hotel - Ruse - is also outstanding! Our bartenders Dan and Tanner did a terrific job and made the night very memorable, we will definitely be going back!

We loved everything about this property! The wonderful, friendly staff, our room was not only beautiful, but very comfortable! The amenities were great, no detail left untouched!! Midweek getaway.
We loved the overall aesthetic and design. The staff was welcoming, the room was spacious, and the location was perfect. The food at RUSE is outstanding. If you don’t want to splurge for dinner, at least sample, the happy hour dishes. Making s’mores by the huge fire pit and riding bikes in the morning were fun extras that made our stay one to remember.

Everything was awesome. Loved wildset. Very hip hotel. If looking for elevators or bellboys this is NOT YOUR PLACE. YOU NEED TO WALK UP 2 flights if necessary but definitely worth it. Staff is excellent. We will definitely be back! Town is awesome. People are really nice.

I’ll be back! I had a great time at the Wildset; so many complimentary goodies as well but above all there was excellent service, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and we felt welcome right away. Beds were probably the most comfortable out of any hotel I’ve been in really! I would definitely book with them again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern updated rooms and bathroom nestled in Victorian era buildings. The lobby at the main building serves as both a check-in and a coffee shop. Jenny, who checked us in was courteous, friendly and helpful to provide suggestions for around the area. In addition, the housekeeping does an excellent job after guest turnovers. The location is great for easily accessing the main street. The complimentary breakfast easily beats any continental breakfast in the nation. The only con I have with this hotel is the noise propagation between rooms.

This hotel was wonderful overall and we will stay there again. The hotel has a brand new feeling and it’s impeccably clean. The room have a lot of light. However, I will need to bring an eye mask because I need it darker for sleep. I will also request a room away from Talbot street because we could hear the cars throughout the evening. The bonfire and free snores were wonderful and the free bike rental is a nice touch as the town is very bike friendly. The free breakfast was a nice touch too!

Perfection!
My husband and I recently spent two nights at The Wildset exploring the Historic town of Saint Michaels. The hotel was amazing on many levels. The room was clean, beautifully decorated in a Scandinavian style, and comfortable. The breakfast provided rivals European breakfasts and offered a selection of pastries, quiche, fresh fruit, and yogurt. All you need to start the day. In the back of the hotel is a gorgeous area with seats and a fire pit. Thoughtful touch…..Make-your-own s’mores kits are provided at the check-in desk. The hotel staff was always friendly and helped us with everything we needed. I want to give this hotel a score higher than 10! I’m pretty picky and this hotel knocked it out of the park.
