There was no toilet paper in the common bathroom. When it was brought to the attention of the desk clerk, she just said "she hasn't gotten to it yet" and went about her business. Definitely won't be back to Tru by Hilton.

A Hilton property, very disappointing. . The ONLY friendly staff was late check in and the lady Shawnn? who was taking care of breakfast area, constantly cleaning, and late night check in BUT lobby Staff at desk sitting on their cell phones. For 3 days no black tea bags. Water and coffee access removed in early evening. STAFF Not answer the call to the desk. Bathroom COLD, NO soap in shower but 2 bottles of conditioner. Only 2 towels. Sticky on bed side lamp base, shall I say more?? . Not to Hilton standard except as I noted.
