Great option for Flagstaff overnight
Solo road trip across I-40. Stopped here for the night. Check in was easy -office staff was competent and helpful (helps to have a university in town). Room was clean & properly stocked. Heater worked and was not excessively noisy. Other guests were civil (including snow boarders -haha!). Overall, a great deal and a solid place to stay. Note that the BNSF railroad is immediately across the highway from this hotel. I did not find that problematic but other reviewers have been bothered by the noise. Flagstaff prohibits use of train horns in town, so it's locomotive rumble and clacking wheel noise, not horn noise.

Most Horendous Stay of My Life
The stay at this place was honestly the worst. The 1st night one of the beds we had had broken springs all over to the point that we all had to sleep in 1 bed. The second room we got wasnt clean and they downsized us bed size without telling us. We ended up checking out early due to the condition of both rooms. I brought everything up to the front office staff and they didn't care. When I checked out they even denied co.pensating the days I was not staying even though I had a horrible experience. Never again will I book with them.

Mostly good.
We had the handicap room next to housekeeping. Was comfy enough. I did have to unplug the fridge due to a high pitch noise and the hair dryer put out about a much air as a heat lamp. But it was better than other places we've stayed at along 66 there.
