Not worth the price during peak season
Hotel is nice downstairs, 4th floor ice machine ran but didnt produce ice. Shower and toilet are in a closet size room. The door almost touches the tub. Exhaust fan in bathroom was dirty and didnt work. Balcony door lock was broken, only the J hook would lock the door. Room service is not offered unless you call and request the room to be cleaned or exchange towels.

Paid in full prior to arrival and did online check in. Was asked to pay a $50.00 additional resort fee upon arrival. Then was asked to process my card into a black screen reader with no idea what amount would be charged. It wasn't overly clean, but it was fine for a night or two. My biggest complaint was my room was for 5 people, they said it would sleep 5 people. They also asked for the ages of my children, 14, 11, 8. We only had 2 full beds. The 5th person had to sleep in an upright chair. It should NOT be advertised as sleeps 5 people. It comfortably slept 4.

The main lobby bathrooms were dirty, one toilet was taped over, and most of the bulbs were out making it hard to see. The hotel did not offer a complimentary coffee or water in the lounge.   The advertised pool was across the street in the parking garage, with no lounge chairs. The room shower/bath was dirty.  They sprayed it with cleaner and the streaks were there to remove the crud but it wasn't cleaned.  The toilet made a loud noise for 30 seconds after each flush and the sink clogged during each use. The hotel has a restaurant/bar that plays loud music/band throughout the day and night. The telephone in the room didn't work to call the front desk.  The TV would only play Harry Potter on repeat for 2 days if we got the TV working.  You couldn't change the channels, only control was on/off and volume. I ended up cutting my vacation short after two restless evenings.  I tried to get a room change, but they would not accommodate me.  I did however get one night refunded since I checked out early.
