Was a little put off finding very greasy dirty fingerprints on the bathroom light switch. Shower head was a bit weak. Small bathroom. None of this would stop me from staying again. Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room and bed.

Perfect spot
The Ocean Promenade is in a great location; it's very quiet. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My only negative is the parking garage. While it is terrific that there is a covered garage, it is a little tight, especially when others park on the lines (of course, that is not the hotel's fault). Love it here and will be back.

My favourite hotel in the area
I stay here several times a year. I have never had a disappointing stay. Note that the smaller rooms (no kitchen) do not have a microwave, which I miss. The kitchenette suites are well-equipped and fabulous to stay in. Great value, best hotel in the general White Rock S. Surrey area, in my opinion. Secure parking is additional charge. The beach is right across the street.

Beautifully remodeled & great location!
Loved our stay in one of their one bedroom suites. Exceeded expectations in every way. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Suite was lovely with two fireplaces, a guest bathroom and full bathroom, good kitchen big ocean view deck. Lots of closet and dresser space. Felt so homet! We stayed 5 nights, never tired of the walks.

Friendly and welcoming
The staff were welcoming and friendly. Simple and easy check-in and checkout. Our room had one entrance door in to 2 separate rooms and our window looked out on to the next rooms balcony. This room would be better suited to a group (same party) needing 2 rooms. We had to report a noise complaint about our neighbouring room following loud music at midnight. The guy on reception immediately took it in to his hands and dealt with the issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would have had no complaints if it wasn't for the noisy neighbour but that wasn't the hotels fault.

GREAT BEACH HOTEL
This hotel is on the wonderful location beside the beach. Clean room, comfortable beds, amazing sea view. Big TV and a lot of tea and coffee for your leisure time. Continently located close to restaurants and bus stops. Walking on promenade was really good! Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you! We will look forward to staying there again!
