The hotel is great. Clean. Friendly. Incredible location. Great value. Only real issue is the "Cabin" rooms are in the basement and have no windows. Yes, after i checked in i re-reviewed my booking and it does say "No Windows" but i feel it ahould be pointed out better somehow. Again, not sure how they could point it out better. It wasnt a big deal for us, but could be for others. I'll stay here next time in Boston, but opt for a room with windows.

Great location, clean, and friendly staff, but if you can’t sleep in the terrible beds, what does it matter? We gave it a second chance and they happily changed the room but there was no difference. We both left exhausted with back aches. The rooms were very basic and dated with thin walls. No coffee station but a Vhs/dvd player? All that reflects the affordable price. Just upgrade the mattresses… that’s all we ask from a hotel is to be able to sleep.

Great for quick trip
Great location perfect for a one night stay in the city. Easy walk to all the important areas. Room was clean and staff was friendly and efficient. Room is small and atrium view is a window to the elevators so we kept curtains drawn for privacy - for that reason, wouldn't want to stay too long, but in boston you shouldn't be spending much time in your room anyways!

Great Value for Money
Great value for money. The location is fantastic (very close to Fanueil Hall, the Aquarium, etc.), with parking nearby. The reception area is small but the staff are very pleasant. The rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here whenever we can.

The hotel was great overall - we didn’t have any issues and enjoyed our stay! One disclaimer is that the hotel is very tight and narrow so it feels a bit claustrophobic, especially when there’s a lobby full of people checking in and using the elevators. So if you have any accessibility needs or are claustrophobic, please keep that in mind!
