There has got to be better ways to clean?
Just overly not clean. Anywhere you go the floors are so dirty even in a freshly cleaned room. There isn't proper mattress covers and the beds aren't vacuumed etc after stays so leftover hairs from other guests are everywhere. There was clumps of hairs floating in the pool. Every visit to the pool included another area closed off for usage. Just seems even after the renovations things are just not kept up. The entrances are filthy and have terrible smells.

Extremely dirty and disappointing
There was mold in the sink and shower/tub. It was really dirty and it was obvious that it was not cleaned properly. It was extremely loud and there was no quiet time enforced, which is extremely frustrating when travelling with two young children. The pool was dated and one of the main pools was closed. The only family friendly thing about the hotel was the themed room (which was dirty) and the pool (which was partially closed). Myself and my two boys were almost run over by the snow plow which decided to go backwards without looking or notice, i advised the front desk of this when checking in and they didn’t even offer as much as an apology.

More of a place for parties than relaxation
We were expecting it to be more of a family-friendly hotel but it seemed to be more of a hotel for people who come to party for all ages. It was a challenging place to navigate and the pool and hot tub was really for younger people. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
