Decent hotel
It was overall a decent stay unfortunately I wasn’t able to fully enjoy it because I was sick with a head cold before I even got there but there wasn’t any noisy neighbors and even when a train passed I barely even heard it surprisingly.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The heating system made an awful loud noise every time it turned off. Which happened all night long every 5 minutes. I notified the staff in the morning and was told I would receive a phone call from he GM, which never happened. I had 4 children will me and was not willing to switch rooms after they had fallen asleep. I have several videos of the sound.

Terrible
The elevator started breaking down when we were in it. We were lucky to get out of it and then it broke down. The Internet was down. We got the wrong room. The pool was down. Nothing functioned in that hotel it seemed like.

The property itself was in the process of being improved. Staff were wonderful! So helpful! Room was standard. Older A/C unit had a hint of odor/combination paper mill hints. Pine Candle solved all. Breakfast was acceptable, but not delux!! 4 day stay consisted of biscuits n gravy n hard boiled eggs with assorted cereals and toast. Waffle maker was the best!
