Basketball tournament layover
Upon arrival, our check in was so so, the woman on duty was less than friendly. Also, found out from her that there is no laundry facilities onsite which was surprising since they have a pool onsite. Outside of that, the hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious.

Nice hotel.
Easy to find location. Parking close to building. Check-in was a breeze. Was able to add a third night at a reasonable price. Room was fine. Bathroom had several long hairs in corner by shower. or leaked. Shower door leaked onto bathroom floor. Room was made up and we received fresh towels every day. Breakfast was a disappointment. We were on a family vacation and family would have enjoyed a sweet breakfast alternative, rather than all the "healthy" options...egg white omelette, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Juice options nice.

Swimming pool was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is ideal for shopping and local attractions. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the back right side as rooms in the front can hear the traffic. Minor inconvenience. Overall had a lovely stay!

Most everything about the stay was very good. The only issue was road noise. Or room faced US30 and truck traffic all through the night was a problem. There was a notice in the room offering ear plugs and even white noise machines. I tried to get a set of ear plugs, but was told there weren't any available. I'm not sure if the noise experience would be different in other rooms, or if ear plugs would have helped. I'd certainly be willing to stay there again to try.
