4/10 Fair

Zonas verdes poco cuidadas. Por el precio decepciona.

2/10 Poor

One of the most misleading hotels I’ve stayed at
No windows, no air conditioner, they said they were 3 miles away from the Santa Ana volcano, It is one hour 15 minutes. I complain to Hotels.com. Expecting a near full refund or that they take this property off their listings as it was blatantly false information in both the pictures, description, and especially.
No windows, looks nothing like the photos they put up
Very cheaply and poorly made bathroom bathroom. Looks like this room was converted from a storage unit.

2/10 Poor

The worst place to stay.
It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have the basic service, no water service, no electricity and the bathroom had a horrible smell coming from the shower like a dead animal. We barely survived the night because it was late and we didn’t have a choice.

2/10 Poor

The view was remarkable. The restaurant good & staff - wonderful! The young lady collecting money at the “front desk” was curt. One of our rooms were being worked on - and the door never locked. We took pictures. We had no hot water. No tv. Lighting kept dimming and finally had an outage. There was a huge drain hole I. The middle of the bathroom. One towel each. Of course the water was so freaking cold we took super quick showers! Though the weather was cool, there was no AC. We were told to open the windows which let in mosquitoes and the loudness of the generator. We were even provided mosquito spray. It was so disappointing. We have an open claim with Expedia for a refund. We will never stay there again. Just visit for the day. As stated earlier, the view is amazing. The walkways are rocky, so not very safe for the elderly. Can’t use wheelchair. Steep incline very unsafe. I can’t say enough about how dissatisfied we were. Expedia continually asked if we spoke with the front desk person but once she posted our payment, we never saw her again. She showed us how to lock our door which never locked. The bed was super comfortable. One good thing was that. The parking staff were very friendly. We have plenty of pictures to share. They have a lot of work to do before they can win my trust again and die this place to ever receive 1 star.

The place was beautiful, and the restaurant too. Maybe they could improve the service to solve problems (we didn't have hot water, and no one did follow up about the problem), and they could improve the hardness of the bed. Out of these two points, Everything was OK.

It was great to get away from the city and enjoy the fresh air up here. Room was cozy and clean. Food and service was great. The view while you have breakfest and a coffee is awesome. Highly recommend to visit here.
