I stayed in a recently renewed flat. The area is beautiful and has many dining options. However, the flat was on the first floo and we had the a restaurant jurst below us, and Spaniards party until 4 a.m. every day, so we did not sleep. No soap or rags to do Dishes and basically nonsoace to eat. More than a flat this is a hotel room.

Good location in a better part of town.,
The room was spacious. Light fitting falling off the wall. Location good - not far from metro stations. Staff nice. Some confusion over breakfast- I had booked a room for 2, but when I went to get the ticket it was only for 1. My niece who is 17 counted as a child (!) But they amended the ticket. Also breakfast felt a little stingy - coffee and a pastry or cola cao (not thick chocolate) with tiny churros. Walls very thin - you can here all movement- take ear plugs! But for the location and comfy bed in a budget hotel it was good value.

The hotel don’t have a sign to identify the place. They never answer the phone. We where around 45 minutes looking for the location. When finally found it, the person in front desk was super rough and when the phone was ringing and he never answer it. He was looking at a game in the TV.
