The place was clean, staff was professional, and it served our purpose. But, the facility and amenities are dated, halls were hot and muggy, and breakfast wasn't very good. It was a very busy weekend, but certainly not worth the $200+/per night that we paid.

I called the hotel hours before our arrival and requested a lower floor pet friendly room. I was told yes it would be taken care of, but when we arrived we were placed top floor at the very far end of the hall furthest away from the elevator. My older dog has mobility issues and fear of elevators. But we managed. The hotel was very clean . The room was clean and comfortable but breakfast was less than adequate.

We did have an incident where an another couple inadvertently got assigned to our room and came into our room. We did contact the front desk and they remedied the problem. I have never had that happen before.
