Internet connection was poor. Was only able to connect to the network on the first night there, subsequently, failed to connect despite trobleshooting my device. Staff assured me that they will inform the network provider regarding the issue and recommended me to connect to other floor networks, but I was still unable to connect to those using my laptop and mobile phone.
Nevertheless, it is a reasonably-priced hotel located within the vicinity of the likes of Pullman (50 metres away) and Hilton. Room (4/5) - comfortable bed, balcony was available, air-conditioning was in working order and hot shower was available at all time.
Staffs were friendly, approachable and helpful. Checkout was fast - only needed to pass them my keys and that was it.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel (service apartment) for stay, if you would not mind staying without internet connection. A good alternative if you are heading down to Kuching for a conference, etc. held at Pullman/Hilton and would like to spend less for a similar quality accommodation. (Hopefully the administrators will have sorted this issue out by the time you see this review)
