Easy parking with nice room very comfortable and easy access to bathroom.
Only thing is having to call to get check in details after a long day at work and the area having poor signal, details should be sent on the morning of arrival

Simple budget room close to airport
Easy check in but you need to contact the owner in advance to get the code as it’s just a shared house. No toiletries ir soap etc, luckily I had hand sanitiser with me.
Basic room but had everything we needed for a short stay before flying. Didn’t use the shower.
Street parking so may take a while to find a space.
Room was clean and comfortable.

Comfy but cold
The room was nice, however the heater didn’t really make much difference to the temperature, and I couldn’t turn it up at all. Also, the bathroom lock was dodgy and hard to use. And the shower also wasn’t the best. The bed was comfortable however, and I was warm enough when tucked in there.

Not a winter wonderland
The weather was exceptionally cold and there was no heating on. I sent a text to the manager but he didn’t reply for several hours. We heard from a long stay resident the heating is controlled remotely. We had blankets in the car and so we got into bed at 5pm

Given the price this was absolutely fine. Room was very clean. An improvement would be to pave the driveway completely.

Cheap and basic
Not really a hotel. It is a room in a house on a large residential estate. A number of takeaways nearby but no restaurants (not that I could find). No onsite assistance and they eventually answered the phone so I could get it. The shared bathroom was ok, except for being shared of course. The self service breakfast in the reasonable equipped shared kitchen was adequate. Television in bedroom was tiny and only seemed to get BBC channels. But if you just want somewhere cheap to stay for one night and don't intend spending much time in the room it is adequate.
