The hotel was nice but the heater did not work, it was 11 degrees outside and we could not sleep because the heater was not working and the room was at 60 degrees. The windows also were old so cold air would come in.

It is next to the ski lifts , good for family activities and first time ski learners. Shuttle service was great. Convenient shuttle service to anywhere in town .

Okay stay
The Inn was close to downtown Aspen and offered shuttles which were convenient and free parking. Lobby and main areas were well maintained, but the guest wings were under full renovations, work crews in the halls, dust in the air, cords and tubes all down the halls, some rooms going through full demo. Our room was dated, clean, but carpet and couch had old stains and the heat didn't work very well (probably why they are renovating). Bed linens and towels were clean. They did give us a late check out and the staff were nice, just keep in mind if you are booking right now that the guest rooms and surrounding hallways/rooms are being worked on. We were only there for a one night stay and it was fine.

Perfect Ski Hotel
Great hotel with friendly staff. There was no breakfast and the hotel was out of Aspen. There's not much parking in Aspen. The area around the hotel was nice as you are right by the ski lift. The corridors were cold and there was fan heaters around the hotel. Would be a perfect hotel for the ski season.

Staff was very friendly but quality of the food in their restaurant compared to pricing was a little ridiculous. Additionally soundproofing between rooms is very poor. The cost of the stay with the majority of the amenities listed on their site not being available was quite disappointing. We knew the pool and spa were closed which was a bummer but I guess they also no longer serve breakfast either. The stay itself was was fine just dissatisfied with quality compared to cost.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff and the shuttle drivers were svery accommodating and nice. The food at Home Team BBQ (restaurant in the inn) was amazing as well. The room we stayed in was newly renovated, and we also had a nice view of the mountains. We felt at home.

The property is quite far from Aspen’s center, making it less convenient for accessing the town. Additionally, the soundproofing is poor, so noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive. If you book a deluxe room, be aware that they may downgrade you to a standard room without any explanation.
