Great location and modern hotel

The hotel is new and modern. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the beach. The reception and breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious, and the balcony was a nice addition. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience.

Poor service & money hungry — staff didn’t seem to want to be there maybe because it’s off season & not exciting. No direction or advice ti give us on what to do. I got message before trip saying there would be 52€ tax on top of hotel room charge, but they retracted. I was told 12€ parking charge per night, but found out parking is free. At checkin the guy came up to us & offered us a welcome drink— we got 1 wine 1 latte but st checkout we’re asked ti pay 7.5 € ——actually I would like that money refunded to me. I had forgotten my toothbrush & asked reception if they could provide — she says 3.5€ — No consideration for guest

Amazing stay at a quality hotel

We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The location is ideal for one of the best beaches, close to a supermarket and easy access for taxis or buses. The premium room was definitely worth the extra, we loved the ourdoor area and the views. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, everything in the room and hotel was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the bar and the breakfast service. It's hard to think of things to improve on. Definitely, at least from an outside look, one of the best in the area. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hôtel absolument parfait ! Idéalement situé à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes de Praia da Rocha, l’emplacement est vraiment top. L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable, tout sent bon, que ce soit les couloirs, l’entrée ou la chambre. Le personnel est souriant, serviable et toujours agréable, mention spéciale pour l’équipe de ménage au top ! Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : produits frais, de qualité, et largement au niveau — voire meilleur — que certains palaces 5 étoiles que j’ai pu tester ailleurs. En chambre, tout est pensé pour le confort : gel douche, shampoing, crème pour le corps, crème pour les mains, eau et même café offerts. Bref, une expérience excellente du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, sûrement l’un des meilleurs de Portimão !

struttura ok. prezzo eccessivo

abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti presso questo hotel. pregio assoluto: la posizione, a 100 metri dalle spiagge più belle di portimao. ok: wi-fi e colazione (che però è servita in spazi eccessivamente piccoli quindi c'è praticamente sempre coda ai buffet). camera non grandissima ma ok, abbastanza pulito. staff non eccessivamente cordiale. parcheggio della struttura pieno (ho contattato l'hotel per prenotarlo in anticipo, mi è stato scritto di chiederlo al check-in, quando l'ho fatto mi è stato detto che andava prenotato in anticipo...). camere con scarsa insonorizzazione interna (quando sono arrivati alcuni ragazzini nella camera di fianco abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception per chiedere di intervenire per fare smettere i rumori notturni). Di sicuro non vale il prezzo pagato (se non per la posizione)

Un hôtel étoilé à taille humaine !

Un personnel tres agréable et aux petits soins. Ambiance générale calme, même à la piscine ! Notre chambre côté figuiers était calme et la literie d'excellente qualité. La chambre confort est spacieuse, idéale pour un séjour longue durée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top, à la fois en grande proximité avec l'agitation nocturne de la station balnéaire mais aussi un peu éloigné pour s'y soustraire ...Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, quelque soit l'heure.

Modernes Hotel in der Nähe der Promenade. Nachts sind wie beschrieben manchmal sehr laute Autos zu hören. Parken geht nur Für wenige Autos, mit Glück ist in den Nebenstraßen etwas frei. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück war ausreichend und frisch. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr aufmerksam. Vivien hat uns einen tollen Check in mit Zimmer upgrade ermöglicht. Danke nochmal dafür! Leider wurden wir in Sachen Fahrrad-Abstellung trotz vorheriger Abklärung am Ende enttäuscht. So wurde uns erst eine kostenlose Abstellung in einem Nebenraum der Rezeption zugesagt, beim Checkout wurden dann tägliche Gebühren für die Tiefgarage berechnet, die wir für das Rad nicht benutzt haben und erst recht nicht für ein Auto. Schade, das ist leider nicht so gut gelaufen.

Good quality boutique hotel in a good location. Car parking garage available. Nice swimming pool and bar area. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast room was a little bit small for the number of guests. Would definitely recommend.
