It was dirty and poor lighting, roaches were in our room, and the elevator was not working well. Remodeling was going on and hotel looked messy.

Disappointing
I had originally booked our family a 2-night stay. But once we stepped out of the elevator to the third floor, there was a chair and other items right there. It got worse once we entered the room. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the room didn't have any lamps, the microwave was missing, and the bed pillows were tiny. Going into the bathroom, the bath towels were also quite small, very rough, and had some stains. After about one hour, I asked the front desk why there were lamps missing, perhaps I could switch to another room. I was informed that the hotel was going through renovations and all rooms are currently lacking these items. Because I didn't want to spend my nights looking for things with my phone flashlight, we decided to leave. Incredibly disappointed that the hotel didn't inform me of the conditions neither when I checked in nor on the website when booking. Pretty shady if you ask me. I was provided the email general manager's email address to request a refund and sent an email, but I have not heard back.

Breakfast did not open on time. The rubber baseboard was coming off the wall in one area of the room, the sheets were not soft, and the room we were assigned was already open with the latch open so that the door wasn't closed.

The room had one light on the ceiling and no other lamps or lights in the rest of the room. I arrived after dark and couldn’t even see enough to put my things down without pulling out my phone flashlight. Also, the water in the shower only got mildly warm.

Raddison should wash thir hands of this place
I have NEVER encountered such a disgusting room in my whole life. We arrived very late after picking up my fiancée's daughter from the airport. I checked in while they unpacked. The front desk clerk was very sweet. She was the ONLY positive part f this establishment. When we were walking in, we saw two hypodermic needles (unused so I thought maybe someone had dropped their insulin needles or something...I was hoping for the best). When we walked into the room, there was a portable AC or an air purifier sitting by the door. The carpets were disgusting. The bed had 3 throw pillows on it. There were questionable stains on the carpet. There was a burner phone box in the closet. There was mail in the desk. The glasses had brown crud in one and a hair tie in another. The toilet hadn't been cleaned and there was poop smeared inside of it. The smoke detector was sitting beside the television. No battery. Nothing attached, Just sitting there. And to top it all off, there was a grilled cheese maker in a box behind the chair. We refused to stay here because it was just TOO disgusting, even for 2:30AM when we had just driven 6 hours and were exhausted. When we went to the front desk, the clerk said that they had issues with housekeeping. In reading other reviews, I see that this place is just a pit of filth. She gave us an email and said that there was no phone number. And then they charged me anyway. I am now going through my bank to dispute charges. DO NOT BOOK HERE

The room for not have any light fixtures or lamps in the room. It was dark and evident that the hotel must be transitioning. Holes in the walls, lack of decor. One set of towels. Tub faucet loose and toiletries were of low quality.

Very Dirty Hotel Very Disappointed with Raddison
This place was horrible for cleanliness. I saw the same garbage in the elevator for the entire 3 days we were there. The microwave had not been cleaned in I don't know how long dust was so thick on the coffee maker and other areas of the room it was disgusting. I would never stay here again. No towels except small ones in the bathroom upon arrival. I wiped down the remote with a baby wipe and the amount of nasty black residue that came off of it was again disgusting. I thought Raddison was a good medium-end brand of hotels. Would not choose them again. Breakfast which came with the room equally poor quality. No creamer except skim milk for coffee. Man, this list goes on and on. This place was 2 stars at most. The staff was very nice and the location is good, but you just felt grimy sleeping here. Would not recommend it to anyone and we paid $150 a night. Should have been more like $69 a night.

Do not recommend
Our comforter and sheets were stained all over when we arrived. The bathroom was dirty and sink drain was not even attached. They replaced the sheets when we asked. Breakfast was very limited. There weren’t even bowls or plates out when we went downstairs before breakfast ended. Not a great place to stay.
