Pleasant stay but watch your charges.
The hotel was clean and pleasant. THe rooms were spacious and I loved that. I would have given this hotel a 5 stars for the hotel itself, but after I checked out, I realized that they overcharged me for the room. I did go through hotels.com and the price I was quoted was different from what I was charged. I contacted the hotel and never heard back from them. I will definitely request a receipt next time. Also, there was never anyone at the desk. I had to wait twice for service. It took over 10 minutes for the female to come to the desk so that I could check out. I packed my car and came back in hopes that someone would be at the desk.

Fabulous Stay!
Overall stay was great and the property is walking distance to the beach. I was however surprised that they charge $15 for parking - that's atypical of any Residence Inn we have stayed at outside downtown. Very clean, well maintained & pet friendly!

Awesome hotel.
Our stay could not have been better. The room size was perfect for our needs. The handicap facilities met our needs. The complimentary breakfasts were awesome. The kids loved the pool. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

Nice view, convenient location
Stayed a few nights before our cruise. Everything was amazing! Size, layout, cleanliness. If there was just one thing, it’d be the TV, that seemed to run on internet had several freezing issues that lasted a few seconds to a few minutes. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Papas pizza nearby was really good. Appreciated that there is also a Kroger grocery store less than 2 miles away. Having a kitchen helped save money.

Location, Location, Location.
Superior location close to the beach and other activities on the "strip". Could walk to the boardwalk and to beach restaurants. The free parking is a huge plus too. Would stay there again.

Excellent hotel!
Our stay was great! The staff was amazing, we arrived to early so our room wasnt ready yet no fault if theirs. It was raining so they recommended us a great place to have lunch and got on getting our room ready. Which we really appreciated. Since it was raining they gave us some ponchos and an umbrella to use. They watched our bags while we walked down the street to get lunch. They truly had that southern hospitality. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff all top notch and by far best free continental breakfast I've ever had. They had citrus water and coffee throughout they day it tasted so good. We finished the jar they say out lol. We kept going back for more.

Overall good value for the money. Nice looking pool and hot tub. Great location. Neighborhood was nice. Many walkable restaurants. Clean inside and out. Room was very nice and we enjoyed the kitchen, size of the room and storage. We were in a corner room and had a peculiar layout. Our "ocean view" was okay but was split between two windows and overlooking the AC units below. We could see part of the ocean but it was not a full view. Breakfast was great. The young men that provided breakfast and cleaned were friendly and attentive. The food staff was excellent. Folks at front desk were nice too. Thank you for allowing us to check in a little early after our 4hour+ drive.
